We assume all responsibility for recruiting and screening candidates so you can focus on your own business.

TEMP TO HIRE

With this option you observe the employee on the job as a temp to determine if he or she is a long-term fit for the position.

TEMPORARY

This option allows you to quickly fill short-term projects with qualified, screened employees for as long as needed.

PAYROLLING

Need employees but don’t want to deal with the paperwork? We hire them on your behalf and handle all of the paperwork.

We can help you fill positions with qualified candidates fast, you don’t have to worry about the cumbersome process of setting up payroll and benefits for new workers, and assignments can be terminated at any time.

FLEXIBILITY

We quickly find individuals with specific skill sets or hard-to-find work experience. They can be used for a brief period or they can be hired permanently. This flexibility enables you to serve your organization in a strategic manner. You can respond quickly to changing business needs without burdening your company with excessive head count or unnecessary legal exposure.

FAST RESPONSE

For routine needs, we can deliver workers for daily, seasonal, or cyclical assignments in a timely manner. This approach to staffing is inherently more efficient than the traditional approach – advertising a position, wading through stacks of resumes, running background checks, and then having to wait two weeks or more for new hires to start. In fact, without the services of staffing firms like AKHIRE, it would be nearly impossible for many organizations to staff up for short-term projects or find temporary replacements for employees who are sick or on vacation.

LESS PAPERWORK

We manage the associated administrative functions, including payroll and compliance with federal and state requirements and reporting of our temps. We process and pay for all aspects of the tempʼs payroll, including the cost of workersʼ compensation, unemployment insurance, and all required local, state and federal payroll taxes. All employee payroll checks come directly from us. We also process their W2 at the end of the year.

ONE PRICE COVERS ALL COSTS

Our price for temporary staff includes payroll taxes, worker’s compensation, liability insurance and other required fees. We bill you every two weeks based on a predefined markup and bill rate for each hour the employee works.

With the direct hire option we assume all responsibility for recruiting and screening candidates so you can focus on your business while we use a range of recruiting resources to select the perfect employee that goes directly to work for your company. These employees never work as a temp and start from day one as your own employee. In most cases, for our services we charge you a one-time percentage of the employee’s projected first year salary.

TEMP TO HIRE SMART MIX

DATE BEFORE GETTING MARRIED

Like our temporary staffing only with this option you can observe the employee on the job to determine if he or she is the right fit for the position. If they are, then make them your own permanent employee. If they haven’t worked many hours yet there might be a placement fee (defined in the beginning) but if they have worked enough hours as a temp you can convert them for free. 

ANOTHER WAY TO HIRE

PAYROLLING THE EASY WAY

Payrolling is a weird term. What it basically means is you send us employees you found on your own and we handle their onboarding, weekly payroll, all paperwork and payroll cost (yes, including worker’s comp) and any other related tasks required for you to have the employees work for you. We handle the paperwork and report their employment to the required parties on your behalf. So payrolling is like having employees, but the easier way!
